Review of the MeeBOX pilot in the weekend magazine:
"Adam Buxton's new sketch show pilot has touches of brilliance, and even ventures into that rarest territory in modern comedy - satire (shh, don't say it too loud). His target is the more mindless aspects of modern entertainment and opinion through the prism of the internet, and the characters use a shortened, near-nonsensical vocabulary to insult fish ('They're conceited, smug, and they're under water.') and buildings. It is at its sharpest on film - look out for 'pretending man' Famous Guy, star of Furious Andrew and The Exciting Spy, an actor with an unholy train wreck of a cockney accent. Deserves a series."
They also gave it 4 stars and made it one of the picks of the day, brilliant.
